Schools or families are responsible for reservations and payment. You book the nights you need. We have set up room blocks and tried to find affordable options.
MSU, MTHS, and NHD have no financial responsibility.
For the Marriott hotels below:
Some hotels have a parking fee, but Marriott is WAIVING that fee for our group (according to Kelly Trenchard); Make sure to check this when you check in/out.
Please note that the final cut-off for reservations is March 23rd. After this date, any remaining rooms will be released back into general inventory and will no longer be guaranteed. At this time, the group rate may be offered based on availability.

FREE parking on Saturday without a permit in the following lot designations only: Bobcat, Garage, Wolf, Elk, and Stadium lots only. (MSU Parking Map) Here are other parking fee and direction details. Buses should park at the "Bobcat Stadium-Lot 25".
Lunch: Students and chaperones receive a discount $10 /person at the Rendezvous Dining Hall. Cashiers will have a list with your names. Food is also available at the Student Union Building & Chick-fil-A.
Off campus, there are many options for burgers, sandwiches, and pizza.

Campus Tour, Workshops
Campus Tour, Workshops
Sign up for a free campus tour OR a History Day workshop. The tour meets at Rendezvous Dining Hall between 12:30-1 pm on 4/25. Students must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Workshop locations TBD, happening between 1-4 pm on 4/25. Fill out the form to the LEFT if you are interested (only one needed per teacher).

National History Day students and teachers will be admitted to the American Computer and Robotics Museum free of charge on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25. To receive the discount, please say you're with NHD at the museum front desk. They will have a list of participants so may ask for your name.
